Electronics or Gadgets....would be the new phase of the upcoming technology....with everything just one button away life might be easier then what it is now with new mobile phones coming it has given variety in the market. Similarly soon there would be video phone technology coming. We already have satellite radios now we would have satellite land-line phones. As for music we already have lot of things like mp3 players or i-pods. With i-phones in the market...again it has become a range in the market... these are just some snippets of the new world! Electronics is the study of the flow of charge through various materials and devices such as semiconductors, resistors, inductors, capacitors, nano-structures and vacuum tubes. Although considered to be a theoretical branch of physics, the design and construction of electronic circuits to solve practical problems is an essential technique in the fields of electronic engineering and computer engineering. The study of new semiconductor devices and surrounding technology can be considered a branch of physics. INSTRUMENTION Instrumentation specialization is focused on the principle and operation of measuring instruments which are used in design and configuration of automated systems. They typically work for industries with automated processes, such as chemical or manufacturing plants, with the goal of improving system productivity, reliability, safety, optimization and stability. Instrumentation technologists, technicians and mechanics specialize in troubleshooting and repairing instruments and instrumentation systems. Instrumentation plays a significant role in both gathering information from the field and changing the field parameters, and as such are a key part of control loops. |
